Privacy notice

Last updated 16 October 2026

This notice covers the details you send us through this website. It is written to be read rather than skimmed past, so it is short.

Who we are

Mindful Vets is Dr Bert Mohr, trading as Mindful Vets, who decides what happens to the information you send through this site. For anything to do with your details — a copy, a correction, or deletion — write to privacy@mindfulvets.com.

What we collect

When you fill in the form on our home page, we keep what you typed:

Your browser also tells us a few things, and we keep those too:

We keep these because they tell us who is interested, which talks and events are reaching people, and — if it is ever questioned — what you agreed to and when.

Why we are allowed to hold it

No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising, no social media tracking, and nothing on these pages is loaded from anyone else’s server. Nobody is told you visited.

Who else sees it

Your details are held in our own database, on a dedicated server in Finland. The website, that server and the database are run on our behalf by Inixi Ltd, who built them. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it. We would rather you tell us than have us guess, so if you no longer want us to hold your details, say so and we will remove them within 30 days. Unsubscribing stops the messages; ask for deletion and the record goes altogether.

What you can ask for

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, object to how we are using it, or withdraw your agreement to hear from us. Write to privacy@mindfulvets.com and we will deal with it within a month.

If you are not happy with how we handle that, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office, ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not start using your details for something new without telling you.
